L’Auberge de Sedona Wedding
This is one wedding that was perfection in its beauty, ease, and super fun loving couple.
Julie and Patrick were married at the beautiful L’Auberge de Sedona Resort last October. While attending the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona the couple had made several trips to Sedona to hike and fell in love with the beauty of Sedona. Julie and Patrick wanted their travel themed wedding to be unique, comfortable and fun, which it was. It would be the first time Patrick’s friends and family from Germany would be meeting Julie’s friends and family from the States. They also wanted to include their beloved miniature schnauzer, Winston in the ceremony. Winston dressed in a tux acted as ring bearer.
The bride wore a stunning Monique Lhuillier gown and her bridal party beautiful rich cranberry gowns. Guests enjoyed fabulous food and wine and danced the night away.

Tessa Kim’s line includes birdcage veils, tulle birdcage veils, bridal traditional veils, flower fascinators, feather hair combs, headbands, dress sashes, brooches and much more. All of her accessories are made with the highest quality organic cottons, silks, satins, silk organzas, feathers, pearls, genuine rhinestones and vintage millinery details.
Summer at Tlaquepaque
Anna and Raul celebrated their marriage this summer at Tlaquepaque. The quaint courtyards, reminiscent of a Mexican village was the perfect backdrop for this vibrant wedding. The Texas couple chose bright colors that were perfect in Red Rock Country. The groom’s grandmother made dozens of Biscochitos; the traditional New Mexico sugar cookie dusted with cinnamon sugar. Being a New Mexican; they were a hit with me. Everyone was in a festive mood and danced the night away.

Colorful Clutches
Etsy is just the best source for finding beautiful, unique items for your wedding. I love these small clutches. They are from Mollusa Wedding Art and can be custom made in your colors, fabrics and style.
Bridesmaids Carry Something Different
I for one like bridesmaids dresses that do not look all the same. Brides may set the limits on color and let each maid pick her own style or go as far as letting each girl pick her own color and style. Getting creative on what bridesmaids carry down the isle is also a fresh look at the traditional flower bouquet. Here is a recent post on green wedding shoes that I just love. See the entire post here.
Bridesmaids 2010
Project Wedding has been posting some of the most gorgeous bridal gowns and bridesmaid’s dresses for 2010. Here are a few outstanding dresses for bridesmaids that I love. The first is from Alfred Angelo. Plaid, how fresh is this dress. The bottom two are from Moonlight Bridal in New York. Love, love the colors. See the entire post at their link above.
A Burst of Fall In Sedona
Jessy and Kevin were married last week end on the hillside lawn of L’Auberge de Sedona. Close friends and family gathered on this beautiful fall evening to witness the ceremony performed by Margaret Van Damme. Ceremony and reception music was provided by Bobby Russell. The images of this lovely couple were captured by the fabulous Heather Kadar. Check in later for more photos on Heather’s site. I love the shades of orange, blending in perfectly with Sedona’s Red Rocks. This is what a wedding in Sedona is all about.

Jeanha emailed the following:
We are excited to share that chloe & reese now presents Ardour by chloe & reese, an exclusive collection of party frocks perfect for bridesmaids and the bride for her rehearsal dinners, engagement parties and special events.
